- The private plunge pools lacked maintenance during my stay with lots of leaves inside and slightly brown colour
- some edges and walls of the rooms got serious scratches
- there is no shuttle service to anywhere, so a car is a must
- breakfast is on the small site, remember you're in Italy

- Super unique interior design
- spa with indoor pool in the impressive main villa
- lots of places to hide away and read a book
- two outdoor pools, both with different views and tons of privacy
- lovely breakfast terrace to enjoy an excellent Cappuccino
- amazing value for money considering you are at a Small Luxury Hotel in the most beautiful corner of Tuscany
- Most rooms have massive bath tubs PLUS separate walk-in showers
- They have their own wine plus olive oil
