How to Help the Caribbean!
I have to admit, all, our Blog as well as the Social Media was very inactive the last few weeks. Reason for that is the terribly bad situation in the Caribbean after Hurricanes Irma and Maria, who destroyed some of our most favourite islands. From our beloved Saint Barths, gorgeous British Vrigin Islands, cool Puerto Rico or peaceful Anguilla, all of them experienced severe damages and hotels don't look the same as they did before. However, we know they are all save with insurances but let's pay attention to the employees and staff who already live in poor conditions and now lost their homes or have no access to basic needs such as electricity, food, water and all you can dream of. We feel we need to help and that's why we decided to include some bank accounts where you can donate money for organisations on the island. The first one is organized by Munich based Gerlinde Hofbauer (who supported us during our Anguilla stay), she has direct contact with the people on the island and makes sure the money reaches the right persons:
